-How can I make a reservation for the cafeteria?
You can make your reservation for 1-2 weeks until Friday at 10:00 a.m. one week before the week you will eat, through the web address.
Reservation hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 00:15 - 23:00
- Friday: 00:15 - 10:00
-Are the online loading processes for the cafeteria secure?
Yes. With the 3D Secure (Secure Payment) method, a one-time password is sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
-My student ID card has not yet reached me, how can I benefit from the cafeteria?
If you make a reservation with your OBS information at the web address akillikart.mehmetakif.edu.tr, the necessary reservation check will be made by the Smart Card Unit, and you will be able to benefit from the cafeteria.
-What can I do if my reservation does not appear even though money has been deducted from my card by the system?
If you apply to the Smart Card Unit, the necessary checks will be made, and the reservation process will be defined on your card on the same day.
