2025-2026 Education and Training Year Course Exemption Applications Regarding

The Course Exemption application dates for our Vocational School students, including those who have transferred laterally, to have the courses they have previously taken and passed at another higher education institution counted, are between September 15-18, 2025.  (For the courses to be considered, the student must have been disassociated from the higher education program where the courses were taken. (Must be graduated or have deregistered)

“An approved or electronically verifiable study document (transcript) from the previously attended higher education institution, course contents, and grade conversion table must be attached to the application petition. If the study document (transcript) obtained from higher education institutions is unapproved or cannot be verified through the e-government system, the application will not be processed” as per the statement, the exemption and adaptation procedures of students who meet the conditions and whose exemption is deemed appropriate by the commission are carried out and decided by the relevant commissions, and the exemption adaptation procedures are carried out by the student affairs staff. Applications not made within the period are not accepted.
