About 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Lateral Transfer Applications

Our university's 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester lateral transfer applications will be conducted online (ONLINE) in accordance with the quotas provided in the attachment. Quota information and relevant legislation are included in the announcement attachment. Required documents must be uploaded to the system completely and correctly in PDF format. Otherwise, your application may be considered invalid.

LATERAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:

1- With Grade Point Average;

With General Weighted Grade Point Average; 

• Inter-Institutional (Domestic) to the Same Program,
• Inter-Institutional (Abroad) to the Same Program, (T.C. national students)
• Intra-Institutional to the Same Program,      
•  

 2- With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1); 

• To the Same or Different Program is done. 
•  

APPLICATION, RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT, AND REGISTRATION DATES:

APPLICATION PLACE

Applications will be made electronically through the online application system. Applications will not be accepted in person or by mail.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:  

1. 1- ÖSYM exam result document (Document with all score types)
2. 2- ÖSYM placement result document 
3. 3- Certified student certificate (from e-Government system) 
4. 4- Certified transcript document (from e-Government system)
5. 5- Document indicating that the student is in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from second education to first education will upload.) (If available)
6. 6- Document indicating that students applying for lateral transfer to programs with a compulsory preparatory class have passed the preparatory class at their previous school or have obtained a passing score from a national or internationally recognized foreign language exam accepted as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If available)

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

Application results will be announced through the lateral transfer application system.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR PLACED CANDIDATES

Definite registrations of candidates placed in the university will be made online through the lateral transfer application system within the specified dates. 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DEFINITE REGISTRATION

1. Document showing that no disciplinary action has been taken.
2. “Document indicating that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer” showing that there are no books, materials, devices, etc. in use belonging to the University where the candidate is registered. Students must submit the document indicating that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer during or after registration.
3. Document showing that no lateral transfer has been made before with Additional Article-1. (For those who have made a lateral transfer with Additional Article-1)

DISENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

The student who has gained the right to register will not perform any disenrollment procedure from the university they are currently registered at. The disenrollment procedure will be carried out through official correspondence between universities after registering at our university.

ADAPTATION

The student who has gained the right to lateral transfer will submit an adaptation petition to the unit student affairs for exemption procedures after registration. The class to be adapted, the duration spent in the registered higher education program, and the courses successfully completed will be evaluated by the adaptation committees.
