Yeşilova İsmail Akın Tourism Vocational School Culinary Program Students Participated in Trainings Hosted by Kristal Endüstriyel.

On the technical tour that took place on April 3, 2024, at Kristal Endüstriyel training facilities, faculty members of the Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department, Lecturer Engin PULLUK, Lecturer Anıl Örnek, Lecturer Enver SERBEST, and our valuable students participated.
The event included hands-on training on bread making and pastry by demo chefs Hüsnü ATAMAN- Engin AYKAÇ, chocolate production and preparation by Duygu ERKUŞ, ice cream production with Ezgi Tekşan CEBİR, and industrial oven usage by Yaşar İMER. In addition, the features and usage of kitchen tools and equipment that have developed in line with technological advancements were conveyed. This tour greatly contributed to students closely observing new developments and seeing the changing dynamics in the food and beverage sector in the field.
We would like to thank Kristal Endüstriyel Kitchen chefs Hüsnü Ataman, Engin Aykaç, Duygu Erkuş, Ezgi Tekşan Cebir, Yaşar İmer for their contributions to this event, and Özge Cebe for her support throughout the organization process during the day.
