A Technical Tour was Organized to the Historical and Touristic Routes of Efes-Selçuk-Şirince and Kuşadası.

On 21.12.2022, a technical trip was conducted under the coordination of the Head of the Department of Travel, Tourism and Entertainment Services, Dr. Lecturer Özcan ÖZDEMİR, and School Secretary Mustafa GÖKKARA, to see the historical and touristic values of İzmir province (Selçuk/Ephesus, Şirince, and Kuşadası) (İsabey Mosque, Temple of Artemis, Selçuk/Ephesus Museum, House of Virgin Mary, Ephesus Ancient City, Seven Sleepers, Basilica of St. John, Selçuk Castle, Şirince Village, Kuşadası) on-site and to provide field experience to students of the Tourist Guidance, Tourism and Hotel Management, and Culinary programs. Especially for tourist guidance students, the trip, based on their professional practices, allowed them to gain experience in tourist guidance by making voluntary presentations on various topics. The technical trip was concluded efficiently without encountering any negativity.
