A day trip technical tour was conducted to Antalya on 20.04.2022 for the students of Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School Tourist Guidance and Tourism and Hotel Management.
Under the coordination of the faculty members of the Travel Tourism and Entertainment Services Department Tourist Guidance Program, Lecturer Faruk GÖKÇE, Lecturer Özcan ÖZDEMİR, and Lecturer Ali ELİBOL, the tour was organized to provide students with the opportunity to apply the theoretical explanations they have seen in classes in the field. During the tour, students gained field experience and learned how tours should be managed. Within the scope of the tour, explanations were provided on the Burdur-Antalya route, and students were enabled to see Karain Cave, Termessos Ancient City, Antalya Archaeological Museum, Yivli Minaret, Kaleiçi, and Antalya Ethnography Museum and to gain detailed information related to their profession. The tour was concluded very efficiently without any mishaps.
