Technical tour of our students to the historical sites of İstanbul.

Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School conducted a technical and educational trip to Istanbul. On the dates of April 11-12-13-14, under the coordination of our school's Tourist Guidance Program Teaching Staff, Acting Head of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services, Lecturer Özcan ÖZDEMİR, and Acting Head of the Department of Travel, Tourism and Entertainment Services, Lecturer Faruk GÖKÇE, the technical trip included visits to the destinations “3rd Ahmet Fountain, Topkapı Palace, Archaeology Museum, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Hippodrome, Obelisks, German Fountain, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, City Walls, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, Miniatürk, Süleymaniye Mosque, Spice Bazaar, Dolmabahçe Palace, Bosphorus Tour, Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue.” The technical and educational trip, conducted within the scope of the courses “Tourist Guidance, Art History, Archaeology, Mythology, History of Religions, Anatolian Civilizations, Tourism Geography, and Travel Agency and Tour Operation,” provided students with the opportunity to see high-level information on-site and practically. The Istanbul trip significantly contributed to how students will practice their professions. The trip was completed smoothly without causing any negativity.
