Our unit's students, according to our University's ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION-TEACHING AND EXAM REGULATION "students who do not pay the contribution fee or tuition fee within the period apply for their excuses to their relevant units within the first week of the academic semester. The course registrations of students whose excuses are accepted by the unit's administrative board are completed within the second week of the semester. Those whose excuses are not accepted by the relevant unit's administrative board cannot register for that semester and cannot benefit from student rights, and the elapsed time is included in the education-teaching period". Additionally, our students are stated to complete their course registration and renewal processes by paying the contribution fee/tuition fee within the add-drop week.
According to the relevant regulation, between February 12 - February 16, 2024, they can apply to the relevant unit's student affairs and complete their procedures with the advisor's approval.
They can make their Excuse Registration Renewal (Add-Drop) applications by taking a printout from the student forms section on our website, signed, along with their receipts . The Excuse Form is provided in the attachment.
