Molecular Gastronomy Event Held in the Application Kitchen

On May 13, 2025, a special event titled “Basic Techniques and Applications in Molecular Gastronomy” was organized at the Yeşilova İsmail Akın Tourism Vocational School Application Kitchen. At the event, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Kadir Çetin, an expert in the field, was hosted.

 

During the event, which took place with the participation of the Culinary Program faculty members and students, basic techniques of molecular gastronomy were introduced practically. In the applications where examples of the use of modern kitchen technologies were exhibited, students gained both theoretical knowledge and experience.
