Our unit's students, according to our University's ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION-TRAINING AND EXAM REGULATION "those who do not pay the contribution fee or tuition fee within the period, apply to their relevant units within the first week of the education-training semester regarding their excuses. The course registrations of the students whose excuses are accepted by the unit's administrative board are completed within the second week of the semester. Those whose excuses are not accepted by the relevant unit's administrative board cannot register for that semester and cannot benefit from student rights, and the elapsed time is included in the education-training period". Additionally, our students "complete their course registration and registration renewal processes by paying the contribution fee/tuition fee within the add-drop week period".
In accordance with the relevant regulation, they can apply to the relevant unit's student affairs and complete their procedures with the advisor's approval between October 2, 2023 - October 6, 2023.
They can make their Excuse Registration Renewal and Add-Drop applications by taking a printout from the student forms section on our website and submitting it signed.
