Students who have registered for courses but cannot register for courses due to information or excuses about courses to be added or removed should fill out all fields of the attached form, print it out, sign it with a wet signature, and send it to our unit's email address (yesilovamyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr). After sending the email, please contact the student affairs for confirmation.
