From our students studying in our unit, those who could not participate in the Midterm Exams in the Fall Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year due to their excuses and want to participate in the Excuse Midterm Exams; starting from November 21, 2022, until November 23, 2022, at 24:00, they must fill out the Excuse Form available at the address https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu or apply in person to the directorates of the unit they are registered with a petition and attachments showing their excuses.
Students who want to apply online must log in with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, check and approve the information that appears, and follow the steps below.
· They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button,
· They must briefly state their reasons for not being able to participate in the Midterm Exam,
· If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) must be uploaded in PDF format,
· After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Send Application to Unit” button to complete the process.
The specified application periods will definitely not be extended, and all responsibility regarding the application subject belongs to the student.
