Maximum Duration End Two Additional Exam Rights Announcement

From the 2017-2018 Academic Year onwards, for students who have completed the maximum period of study and have been dismissed, only those who meet the attendance requirement and have failed courses are given two additional exam rights (whether they have used this right or not). According to the Higher Education General Assembly Decision dated 27.09.2021, taking into account the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it has been deemed appropriate to grant two additional exam rights for courses they have never taken and courses they have failed due to absenteeism, provided they apply by the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, to be implemented once in the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

Our students; can apply in person or via email/mail/cargo by filling out the form available on our Directorate's page (https://oidb.mehmetakif.edu.tr/form/134/677/formlar) and attaching a petition to the Faculty/School/Vocational School where they are studying, by the specified deadline, and applications made after the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, will not be considered.

The principles mentioned in the announcement text are of a notification nature, and no written notification will be made to the students.
