ATTENTION TO ALL OUR STUDENTS!

Due to the decision taken by our Vocational School regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic experienced in our country, it has been decided with the Board of Directors Decision dated 11.06.2021 and numbered 25/1 that students will be exempted and considered successful from the compulsory or optional summer internships corresponding to the Summer Term of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.

According to the decision, our 2nd-year students will be exempted and considered successful from the compulsory internships corresponding to the summer term, based on the relevant decision; However, those who wish to do an internship in the relevant period must complete the necessary procedures through the internship announcement text published on our website. The internships of students who do not apply for an internship will be exempted. (Note: Students who will do an internship at the end of the 2nd year must have taken all four-semester courses at least once and fulfilled the attendance requirement.)

1st-year students who wish to be exempted from the optional internships they will do according to the 1st paragraph of the 13th article of the Vocational Schools Internship Directive (students who meet the internship requirements) must sign the petition attached below with a wet signature and send it to the unit student affairs (yesilovamyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr) by the end of business on 10 -25 JUNE 2021. Applications sent after the specified date will not be considered.
