Announcement About Students Who Want to Apply for Midterm Excuse Exams

In our Vocational School, students who could not attend the Midterm Exams in the Spring Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year due to their excuses must apply by filling out the Excuse Form available at the address https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu from April 23, 2021, to May 2, 2021, until 24:00.

Our students must log in to the above address with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, check and approve the information that appears, and follow the steps below:

Ø  They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button,

Ø  They must briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,

Ø  If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, they must upload the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,

Ø  After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Submit Application to Unit” button to complete the process.

The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the matter belongs to the student.
