In our Vocational School, the visuals of the handmade dishes prepared by our students of the newly opened Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department Culinary Program after their practical training in the gastronomy kitchen, which they received face-to-face in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year, are presented below.
