Announcement About Students Who Want to Apply for Midterm Excuse Exams

Students in our unit who could not participate in the Midterm Exams due to their excuses in the 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester must fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu from December 1, 2020, until December 20, 2020, at 24:00.
Our students must check the information that appears after entering the above address, enter the course instructor information, and complete the process by clicking the "Add Course Information" button and then the "Submit Application to Unit" button.
The specified period will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the matter belongs to the student.
