Support Was Provided to Women Entrepreneurs from Yeşilova in Our School in the Field of Social Contribution

Within the scope of Community Contribution Studies, standardization studies on the region's food recipes have started in collaboration with Yeşilova İsmail Akın Tourism Vocational School and Yeşilova Municipality. On 14.10.2024, at the Lavender Hill Hotel Salda, a meeting was held with the participation of Yeşilova Mayor Okan KURD and local female entrepreneurs, where discussions were held on local flavors and traditional production methods, followed by a tasting event. As a result of the meeting, the content of the products to be produced in the women's cooperative to be established in the district was decided. The first phase of the work to record the region-specific, traditional recipe of tarhana, one of the ancient flavors of Turkish Cuisine, has been completed.
