New Coronavirus Disease Outbreak in Education-Teaching Processes (Registration Freezing Procedures)

At the Higher Education Executive Board meeting of the Higher Education Council Presidency dated 31.03.2020,
1- Students enrolled at associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels, if they request, to have their registrations frozen in the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year and the period of frozen registration not to be counted from the maximum duration,
2- It has been decided that these decisions are limited to the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year.
Within the framework of measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), students who wish to freeze their registration can apply Student Information System (OBİS) on the Application Procedures screen online until 20.04.2020.
