A) MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM STUDENT APPLICATION CALENDAR AND CRITERIA:

Application Dates	04 February 2019- 04 March 2019
Application Place	Rectorate Building, B Block, International Relations Coord., Mevlana Exchange Program Office
Foreign Language Exam Date	08 March 2019
Evaluation Results	15 March 2019
Final Results Announcement Date	May 2019

Note: Applications must be made in person.

B) SCHOLARSHIPS

1) Students who will go from higher education institutions in Turkey to higher education institutions abroad as scholarship Mevlana Exchange Program Students within the scope of the program will be paid monthly scholarship amounts as presented in the table below:

Europe, Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa	1,400 TL
South Caucasus, South Asia, Middle East and North Africa	1,300 TL

C) APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

1) Associate and undergraduate students must have a minimum general academic grade point average of 2.50 out of four,

2) Graduate and doctoral students must have a minimum general academic grade point average of 3.00.

3) Mevlana Score Calculation: 50% language score + 50% Grade Point Average

D) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:

1) Candidate Application Form

2) Transcript

3) Student Certificate

4) Copy of Identity Card
