Graduation Procedures

  • The situations of students who have successfully completed the courses they are required to take and the Summer Internship application, and who have completed the credits sufficient for graduation according to the applicable Regulations, are discussed in the Graduation commission and the School Administrative Board, and a graduation decision is made.
  • Our students for whom a graduation decision has been made will apply to the Student Affairs office with their Student ID Cards. It is mandatory for our students who have lost their Student ID Card to bring a "Lost ID Document" from the Police Station.
  • Our students applying for graduation procedures must take the "Disengagement Document" they will receive from the Student Affairs Office to the relevant places for signatures.
  • Students who submit the "Disengagement Document" to the Student Affairs Office after filling it out will be given a "Temporary Graduation Certificate" if their Diplomas are not ready.
  • It is mandatory for our students who have received the "Temporary Graduation Certificate" to bring the original of this document when they come to collect the originals of their Diplomas.
  • The delivery of the Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate is conditional upon it being given to the student themselves or to their proxy, provided it has been issued by a Notary.
  • For transactions to be carried out by proxy, it is necessary to have the student's "Student ID Card" and a photocopy of the proxy's Identity Card.
