Announcement About the Start of the 2020-2021 Spring Semester.

1. Our university's 2020-2021 Academic Year Spring Semester education; at Yeşilova İsmail Akın MYO on March 1, 2021 will begin.
2. The "practices" in the relevant classes of our unit's departments and programs seen in Table 1 will be conducted face-to-face in branches, with all health measures taken. The relevant department/programs will decide whether the theoretical courses in these classes will be conducted face-to-face or via distance education.
3. In our unit's "theory-heavy programs" at the associate degree level, education will be conducted synchronously (online) via our University's Distance Education Management System.

4. The attendance status of our students with chronic illnesses registered in the E-nabız system will be decided by the relevant department boards/committees.
5. The midterm exams of the courses conducted via distance education will be held in a digital environment (multiple choice, true/false, written, assignment, etc.) according to the method determined and announced in advance by the instructor.
6. By taking the necessary measures against the Covid-19 pandemic and providing the HES Code, our university students and other university students will be allowed to use the classrooms, library, and computer laboratories on our campuses in a controlled manner.
7. For students who wish to freeze their registration for the 2020-2021 Academic Year Spring Semester, the registration freeze application process will be enabled through the student information system without any justification.
8. During the ongoing Distance Education Process due to the pandemic, sensitivity will be shown towards the necessity of making it "as accessible as possible" regarding the issues of our University's Disabled Students.
