Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Commission
(1) In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the Vocational School, the development of the internal and external quality assurance system related to the education-teaching and research services and administrative imaging and transparency, institutional definition and realization of this capability, activities learned by the Higher Education Quality Board procedures and principles, and to present the failure management report of these studies,
(2) To conduct internal evaluation and record the annual institutional evaluation report containing institutional evaluation and quality improvement developments and present it to the senate, to announce the approved annual institutional evaluation report to the public on the University's website,
(3) To make necessary preparations for the external evaluation process, to provide all kinds of support to the Higher Education Quality Board and external evaluation institutions,
(4) Regularly every year, by the beginning of the next calendar year, to create and execute its own annual internal evaluation report, taking into account that periodic reviews have not been conducted, the work schedule for the next calendar year, regular action plans,
(5) To report the data coming from reporting to establish a standard at the faculty level in its studies and reporting,
(6) To carry out improvement studies related to areas identified in internal and external evaluation reports that need improvement.
